Who is your pick to absolute go off in this game?

I am going a little unconventional here and picking a defensive player for the projected offensive showcase. I am going with Travis Lewis. With Tech running all of those crossing patterns and screens, Travis will be in the AO all day. Look for a pick and some big hits that will lead to a shorter field and will ignite the already electric crowd!

i think out LBs and DBs are going to play great. our D-line just has to be serviceable and disrupt some timing and get some good pressure. it'll all come down to the back 7.

on offense, other than sam, i think demarco goes balistic on saturday. i see us giving tech a taste of their own medicine with lots of screens. just my thought.

Chris ****ing Brown. He and the O-line are going to totally dominate this game to keep the sand aggies off of the field.

That was actually going to be my pick. We'd better hope he has a great day, or this could be a rough one. But, in the past we seem to have the answer to the TTech offense, so I'm hoping that continues. I think the recipe for success in this game is to contain and now allow big plays, maintain the cover 2 and let it work for us. That means we'll give up big yards between the 20's but shut them down in the red zone. But to do this, we've got to tackle well. Here's to hoping they've been running full speed tackling drills all week.

I agree...this is the type of game where I would like to see Brown get at least 25 carries and wear down their d...and keep their o off the field

I think where teams get into trouble with TT is that they try and do to much. They don't let Tech make mistakes they try and force them and then TT takes advantage. I think the DB's and LB's need to play fundamental football and just let the big plays happen. The big plays will happen if OU does whats right and stays within themselves.

There are games when going for the highlight play will pay off but I think this is one of those where you just let TT self destruct. That offense is based on manipulating the D getting players to miss their keys, if OU plays assignment football and stays on task, there is no reason why this shouldnt be a big win for us!

Lendy, Nic and crew should have a big day! I am sure Travis Lewis' mouth is watering right now thinking about all those wideouts coming over the middle. He loves to eat up those crossing routs.

Yeah, well I said it at the beginning of the year that Chris Brown was just a reliable back and nothing special.

I never said that I know what i am talking about.

For some reason I have a feeling Gresham is going to have a monster game. I'm talking 3 or 4 TDs at least

Even tho OUr defense has had it's issues since the TexASS game, I still think our backfield is superior to any Harrell has faced this year. If they're disciplined and stay in their lanes.....Leach will run the ball right to 'em. No need to go chasin' 'em around. That's what they want.
