Without a doubt, Charlie Bravo!

Actually, the sound of Leedashah, is not the worst name I have ever heard...but the speeling is significantly absurd.

My wife works in the NICU at Medical City Dallas and routinely comes home with great names. The reigning champion for me is pronounce Absedee. It is spelled Abcde.

Runner up goes to one that a nurse ultimately convinced the mother not to use. Placenta.

i'm still waiting for the hippy names like Dylan and Lennon to run out so they can be replaced by newer parent corporate idolatry like Pepsi or Mennon.

No. That is not how it is pronounced. The girl can say whatever she wants, but that is not how you pronounce her name. There are strange names out there, but they all obey the rules of the English language in terms of pronunciation. I cannot name a child "*ANG%j" and tell everyone to pronounce it "Jeremy" because that is stupid.

If she doesn't understand now that nobody in the world will call her what she wants, it will be a long life for her.

I have a good one for you...Nike Adidas. I get to see a number of good names come across my desk since one of my clients is a pediatrician that cares for a ton of Medicaid patients. I've also seen a Bonita Tequila. I guess these people live in some other fantasy world, that I'm not privy to, where these names are sane.
