I feel like a 10 year old waiting on Christmas. I can't think at work and my wife has heard every possible college football situation. This week is going to drag.

Surf the soonerfans website. It makes the time go by while throwing gas on the fires of impatience. Maybe I should go back to work.

I was thinking about this very problem today. Here's my plan of attack:
I work a 4-10's (for those who don't know :D ...that's 4 ten hour days/week) schedule...so I'll be working Today-Thursday. Today went by surprisingly fast. If they keep giving me the amount of work all week that they did today, Friday will be here before I know it. Another key to it is to not look at the clock as much as normal while at work...makes the day seem quicker sometimes.
As for Friday...I'll make a pot of coffee, eat something, and keep myself busy around the house. My wife said something about painting, so if I do that, my Friday will cruise by. Plus if I'm working around the house, I'll probably be drinking a few beers which will make the day go even faster.
Friday night my buddy and his wife (Texas Tech fans), are coming to town. They're staying the night and going to the game with my wife and I. Man this is gonna be a blast.
Oh and as for Saturday morning. I'll make coffee once again, eat once again and we plan to watch Gameday to see what those jokers have to say. Then we'll hit the road to Norman.

Pretty much pretending that anything else really matters until this Saturday night. And after 37 years of OU football.. I've got this down fairly darn good.

Me, I'm teaching every day and on Saturday I get to go to a 2:00 p.m. football playoff game 2 hours away from Lubbock. Hopefully, we'll be back in time for me to watch the game. These Sand Aggies have been giving me grief for the past couple of weeks, so I sure hope the Sooners "SHUT THEM THE **** UP!!!!"[hairGel]

10% of my free time I'm reading on here and thinking to myself, "good point".

The other 90% I'm on here thinking, "what a bunch of ****"!

That's still 10% ahead of the comments on espn.com, SI, and all the other sports sites.
