It's a rainy Monday in Norman and a chance for Sooner fans to catch their breath as OU enjoys a bye on Saturday. Anticipation will build for two weeks as Oklahoma prepares to host Texas Tech with national title implications on the line. When was the last time OU has hosted this big of a home game? 2000 Nebraska?

We have word this morning that ABC will televise the game in a national broadcast at 7 p.m. on November 22

OUSTANDING!!! Give everyone all day to get liquored up and into a frenzy. It may not be the worlds biggest outdoor cocktail party, but it should be close

Actually 21,

Any odd number of bells indicates a half-hour. So in a traditional ship's system, 7 bells would be 1330, 1730, etc...however that stopped from 1730 to 2330.

Confused yet?

The latest modern navy uses a simpler system and 7pm would be 6 bells. (3:00, 7:00, 11:00 - am or pm) Again, 7 bells would indicate a half-hour.

Fortunately, all those years on submarines...we didn't use the bell system, although some of the clocks on board had the bell chime.

There will be one in Sec. 16, Row 68, Seat 24. My future "daughter in law". She is a Tech grad.
