there were 2 pretty blatant holds on that kick return, one that let the guy sneak through the crease. well i assume grabbing a defender by the horsecollar is a penalty, never have been sure since kstate 2000.

Using starters on ST has its risks. Greshem has been dinged up twice on ST. Box missed the first series of his first start against KSU after covering the kick-off and getting a stinger.

I figure if we kick-off 10 times a game, odds are 1 is going to come back for a decent return. This game was 2 out of 11 with some ref help. Not many teams get to kickoff 10 times/game.

Yep, those non-flagged holds were a direct reason for the return. I think if we don't get Pac-10 refs, our defense will look worlds better in the NC game. :D
