For those who have Facebook:

http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=33331168019&ref=mf

For those who don't:

"Seeing as how we are playing OU and they suck at being alive we need to inspire our team with something new. So a few of us think it would be cool if the entire student section does the angels in the outfield believe wave right after halftime. As the team comes back onto the field we will all start to wave our arms like the movie and hopefully God will send us some help.
NOT TO MENTION IT SHOULD GET NATIONAL HEADLINES IF WE WIN!!!!"

All I can say is........wow

Nice one Fraggle145 - good stuff!

I may actually dislike A&M far more than Texas or OSU. Boomer!

I'm sorry, but if the rumors about the Yell Leaders getting laid every weekend are true, there must be slim pickin' in College Station. If you put this photo in black and white, which I'm now going to do to make my point...

Hey, look! I'm back in the 50s!

Or 60s, 70s, 80s...90s... earlier in the 00s... whenever the hell that pic is from...

NOTHING EVER CHANGES THERE! It has always sucked!

Sucking: An Aggie tradition :D

Since you're new, I'll repeat it, but only because you're new and because it's funny.

As you can see from the score, they are barely ahead at the end of the game with Tech having the ball. When the Aggies are on defense, the Corps on Cadets (and possibly others, but I hope not) wants to "feel the defense's pain" and they have a tradition called "Squeeze Ol' Army" where they literally squeeze... down there... while yelling (likely in pain).

Not being a dude, I would not know how that felt, but since our puppies got neutered a few days ago and have been whimpering since, I can imagine that it is quite the painful tradition.

Great explanation Badger - but almost too kind and generous. These people are freaks and should not even be spoken about. I fear for my children's future when I think of them.

This is why I don't post a lot.

Been on this board a long time.

I like this post on that group. From a Sooner fan.

Do you realize how pathetic this will look? For your own good, I would refrain. I always thought the A&M Aggies were better than this. Don't ruin your great reputation. Come up with something better, please?

Of course, if you didn't appear to be new, I probably wouldn't have answered your question and let you discover the answer yourself... but yeah, whatever.

If you discovered the answer for yourself, you may have found the aggie explain-away answer they gave: Tech was attacking Reveille, so we had to protect her by crowding Corps members around her.

Of course, that explanation would not explain why they are grabbing down there and looking like they are in quite a bit of pain. :D

Totally fake. True nut pain is a nauseating, tearful pain, not a mouth-agape, yelling pain.

I'm sure that special wave will make a BIG difference in the game.

I'll have to take your word for it on the pain thing, but odds are the fishies (freshmen corps members) only squeeze enough to appease the upperclassmen that are watching them to make sure they're participating in the pathetic tradition.

The kid that posted this is obviously in the dark. This has been a tradition at A&M for two thousand years.
