I can buy that argument for the council people, but even if it's a part time job (which it technically may be, but realistically is not) that's not enough money.
I didn't know it was going to be on the ballot. They probably could have used a little PR on that one.

I didn't know it was on the ballot either. Probably(maybe) why I voted against it. I felt like they were trying to sneak it past us.

Well, I voted for it. I know Mick works more than part time and I thought 24k was way to low.
I guess you have to be rich to be mayor, or on welfare.
