what day does the bowl selection take place, i'm wanting to take the family to see OU play and I cannot remember when they make the selections.

33 days...first Sunday in December after the conference title games. I think the 7th or so...

Thanks, I was talking to the wife about us going...if we play in the Cotton Bowl mainly since other bowls are far enough i'm not sure I could take off and make it enjoyable.
Unless i've got enough PTO saved up, then who knows.
