View Full Version : BCS Computer Rankings Wrong

Oklahoma is listed incorrectly on most website's BCS Computer Rankings. We are listed as being #9, when we should be listed as #6. I know this isn't a HUGE deal, but I'm afraid some idiot voters or college football fans will look at that, and loose some respect for Oklahoma.

I have submitted an e-mail to ESPN.com and USAToday.com for the correction. I would urge you guys to do the same for these websites, or for other websites that you see that are incorrect.

You're better off not doing it. That way, you will know which sports writers cannot count or do real research.

Until they make the computer polls public, by that I mean open for inspection or check their calculations, I think it is how the media wants the games to match up for the money.

Are we going thru something similar with Wall Street and credit and home loans and...

Not an issue....that # doesn't mean anything....the .790 is what they use for the rankings. 2nd of all, this will change each wk after the games are played. So no big deal at this time.

Look at the computer percentage totals for position #8, #7, and #6 - they're lower than OU's. Pac 10 Refs must be calculating the positions? Maybe a left coast conspircy.
