The article says it's an administrative, non-criminal violation. It also says there are probably 10 million others like her in the US. It ALSO says she's his half-aunt on his father's side. So that means she's his father's half-sister.

This is so silly, this being brought up this close to election day. I'm going to vote for McCain, but I rolled my eyes at this.

There are millions of illegals in this country and I am probably somehow related to one of them too, either through marriage or ancestry of some sorts. I don't condone law breaking, but I can't control my relatives, much less my relatives that are illegal immigrants (if there are any).
