There's an activity I did as an undergrad where we broke up into teams with the rules regarding choices being made in either a competitive or cooperative setting. Anyone seen anything like this online?

Sorry I can't remember many details except that the lesson was the cooperation was the best method.

Cooperative. Does that mean redistribution of the effort and brains?

It means the smart kids have to help out the dumb kids. It's a good way to make the whole bunch of 'em mediocre. :D

Thanks folks. I think the Prisoner's Dilemma was what I was looking for. I'm teaching conflict theory today.
