From cfrc.com Richard Billingsley of Billingsley Report on Major College Football.
Has Oklahoma behind USC and that's not the part that really has me questioning this guy's credibility. Look where Texas Tech lands. 13!? Really? behind Boise State and Utah?! Maybe I'm overreacting on a Monday but wow?

Ah, this is always my favorite part of Sooner football season: The freaking out over whatever obscure rankings we can get our hands on.

I watched a large portion of the SC v. AZ game. I don't have a problem with someone who happens to see SC maybe being <gasp> at least as good as OU. We haven't played a complete game this season, yet. To the contrary, we've had breakdowns which don't appear to be getting a whole lot better.

We'll go to a good bowl this year, and we're not out of the hunt. But we need to improve in many areas before we have a legitimate gripe about not being the sunshine of everyone's eyes.

Richard Billingsley is actually an unapologetic OU fan, who LIVES IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. His (computerized) rankings are obviously weighing heavily the fact that both Tech and OU's defenses are FAR from great, at least to date.
