He's just cleaning up the mess he made with the other $165 million he gave.

Looks like the greatest facilities in the world are a decade away or more. :O

What they are not telling is how they borrowed against the other donation and now they are needing this donation just to pay off the money they borrowed on the first loan. This money doesn't get them ahead it just wipes the books clean from the first donation mess. I hope they buy Oklahoma Lottery scratchoffs with the money left over so at least it will help Oklahoma schools. :D

3- Spend $65 million on sheep sexual harrassment lawsuits.
