He's not, but I'll give you my serious answer to your hypothetical.

It probably would mean nothing short term so long as he believed in our freedoms of speech/religion/press etc. However, in the long term the acceptance of Muslims in our government could be very dangerous. We know that by and large Muslims do not believe in the same freedoms we do. Sure, some do and maybe most in the U.S. do but just looking at Muslim countries across the world you will see that their ideas of freedoms do not at all match up with our's.

I have no problems with the Muslims that are currently in Congress as I believe they believe in the principles our country was founded on. I don't at all feel that that would always be the case as they became more and more numerous.
