I guess it all started a few days ago when a cell phone was discovered in a death row inmate's cell. During this shakedown so far, they've discovered 40 cell phones and counting in prison cells all over Texas.
Damn! I couldn't even bring a Bible when I went in for my weekend adventure. I didn't even think about bringing my cell phone! :D
