I've always understood "hooch" to mean cheap alcohol. Not that I think it's terribly bright to make yourself a sitting duck for a DUI, but that dude prolly owns a liquor store.

Now if it said Dr. Cooch we'd have a real problem. Or something like CTRFNGR.
