Tech downfall starts this week

Yeah, yeah 7-0, Top 10 ranking, a QB whose thrown for over 2700 yards (average 394 ypg) and the sandies are talking BCS.

Well people, the mystique of the wide open Tech attack, 2008 version, gets a little exposure to the real (football) world this weekend. So far they've played three Big XII teams, which have combined to win 10 games while losing 11. Those teams scored an average of 28 ppg on TT.

In case you haven't noticed, Tech's remaining opponents are a combined 28-7 and those numbers include Baylor. Do you think the vaunted TT defense is going to hold Kansas, Texas, okie lite or Oklahoma to 28 points?

Don't be surprised if TT goes 2-3 or 1-4 over their remaining 5 games. Hey, is that an official from the Independence Bowl in the pressbox?

For the record, Harrell is averaging 34 ypg more than Bradford. Both QB's have thrown 5 INTs but Sam has 3 more TD's.

No doubt.
One of my best buddies is a big tech fan, he's not talking BCS championship. He's talking about how tough the games ahead of them are, just like we know we've got some tough games ahead of us.
I'm not going to dog on tech, they'll be in shootouts, just like we have been and from the looks of it...we very possibly will have another one or two shootouts before it's all said and done. And I think most logical Tech fans understand that.

I'd say Vegas has been wrong about 50 % of the time this year too.

So you honestly think that Ok state is going to win in Lubbock, Austin, and Colorado, and then lose to us? ? If they win those 3 games they will beat us.

So let me get this staright peoples, when Oklahoma State loses this weekend to Texas, Tech will be the remaining team to hopefully tie with?

It doesn't really matter how it happens, we need two teams to beat UT. Hopefully one such upset will happen this weekend. I may not like OSU, but I'll be pulling for them this weekend. Same goes for EVERY Big XII team that plays texas the rest of the season.
