The important thing is that the Red Sox lost.

I like corked bats and greasy sleeves.

Guess the Yankees had to clean up their act eventually. ;) :D

I hate the stupid glasses the Tampa manager wears.

Therefore since I don't think I can name more than 3 players on the Phillies roster, I am going to root for them.

The Tampa Bay Rays have a payroll that's less than what the Yankees are paying the left side of their infield.

Does anybody really even give a **** about this year's series? We've got the pathetic Phillies - whose fans who throw D-Cells outa their old lady's vibrators at their own players, and the Tampa Bay Rays. Not even Devil Rays anymore cause somebody down there got all PC/offended.

A whole lotta meh to me. I might watch game 7, if it gets that far. Maybe.

I wish the Brewers could have made it, but hey, I'm happy with a playoff appearance, something they haven't done in my lifetime - yes, I wasn't even born the last time they went to the playoffs.

This is something the Rays really needed to get any ounce of fan support, so good for them. Other teams have established fan bases, but the Rays really, really needed this.

Yep, like most "newer" cities fan support is minimal unless they are winning. The Rays were still only drawing an average of 13,000 a game well into August when they had been leading the AL East for months.
