on being bowl eligible...some of you may not remember when that was a big deal

I remember being in Ames in '99 and being so happy that we were bowl eligible at the end of the day.

I vividly remember hoping for even the most insignificant bowl between '95 and '98. Whenever I see people complaining about coaches and schemes I remember those dark days and it puts everything in perspective.
