My company laptop is pulling some weird chit on me(Compaq Presario), and I'm afraid it's going to crash soon. I have **** tons of stuff such as pics, docs, pRon, applications and emails that if I loose, I'm gonna be in a world of hurt. What I'm try'n to ax, is do I have to pick each and every thing I want to copy to a CD or will performing a backup do the same? Will the backup option let me back up to the CD drive? TIA

If all the stuff you want to pull off the laptop is in a single folder, such as My Documents, just tell Backup to backup all the data in that folder.

And if it's not all in a single folder, I'd suggest putting it there first.
