Penn St leapfrogs to no. 2. I think we're better than them-- We have them beat on SOC but we simply cannot seem to put four qtrs of football together since the Ark game. Every point matters now that the BCS rankings start tomorrow.

that's exactly what I'm talking about. Now that computers are part of the process, coaches will be more prone to run up scores rather than play out the bench and sit on a lead.

I don't like next week's game between tOSU and PSU. We need PSU and 'Bama to lose, but a tOSU win only bolsters SUC. I still have a hard time believing that SUC will get in over anybody from the Big XII or SEC. Since texass and OU will, likely, dispose of TTECH and OSU, that would leave no room for SUC to catch up. I am not worried about tOSU, even if they beat PSU. It will come down to rooting for UGA to lose to Lester and for them to beat FLA. If 'Bama loses to Lester in the Bayou, then that would likely eliminate the SEC. It would leave only 'Bama with less than 2 losses, and the SEC East champ could be more than capable of beating 'Bama in the Georgia Dome. With all of that, the BCS would have no choice but to us the title game against UTerus.

The rankings come out around 1pm tomorrow. At least, that's what they did last weekend.

I can't imagine that Alabama will retain #2 but, who knows. OU at #4 is a dream. You barely beat Kansas. From looking at the scores from all the games today, it should be interesting to see how everything shakes out.

Incorrect. Human polls came out around 1 p.m. BCS rankings have yet to be released this season.

FYI...Dallas Morning News had something in there this morning about the BCS rankings being televised at 4 p.m. tomorrow on FOX. I know in past seasons, they've usually incorporated them as part of the FOX NFL Postgame show.

I didn't watch the game, but Wazzu has given up 60+ points in half their games this year. They are talking out here about them being the worst team in the history of the Pac-10 conference.
