I agree 100%. I had to listen a Jayhawk radio station complain about a "phantom" whistle today. Whoever is doing this should be reported to the Athletic Department so the offender can be banned from Owen Field for life.

No, there is a guy who after every play does a repetitive whistle that is about 5 whistles in a row everytime
