How could foil "screw up tceh players lives"? It won't make a significant difference...but it would be funny as hell.

If you truly think it could screw up tech player's lives, don't you think that it could also screw up the Aggie players? They will be on the same field, won't they?

To the faculty, staff, and students of Texas A&M University –

Lately our football team has fallen on some rough times, but that is to be expected with a new coach. As Coach Sherman said in today's Battalion the team needs the 12th man now more than ever. However, here at Texas A&M we pride ourselves on not only having a great homefield advantage, but being some of the nations classiest fans and staying within the outlines of good sportsmanship.

There is a rumor of a plan being formed to dispense mirrors throughout the student section in an effort to create a "solar beam" of sorts to interfere with play on the field. This is not only illegal, but potentially hazardous to the players on the field. In case you hadn't noticed so far this season, we will have players on the field as well. Though we appreciate the power of the 12th man, we will be forced to remove anyone from the stands who is attempting to bend light in a advantageous manner.

In case you hadn't noticed so far this season, we will have players on the field as well.
It's stuff like this that both angers Old Army Aggies, but yet, makes her perfect for Texas A&M.

As a Texags.com lurker this season (what? it's funny stuff, i tells ya), I've noticed a lot of complaints from Aggies that have ancient graduation dates about her. I realize that she probably represents everything that A&M wasn't in their day: Female... not white... educated (tee hee, just kidding on that last one) and the fact that she is giving students that, like her, needed forward thinking educators and leaders to get educational opportunities sours the old white guys who were always given these opportunities.

Perhaps they think everything at A&M is perfect, but for outsiders like us, we can see the downturn if they are calling RC Slocum years "glory years" and fans are vacating Kyle Field in droves by 3rd quarter. So hey, maybe you do need someone who isn't a war hero alum old white guy at the helm that can explicitly tell you when you're thinking about doing something stupid.

In conclusion, we really do hope Texas A&M turns out a little more normal after the Moreno experiment, even if it results in aTm accepting students that have never heard of what a 12th man is or understand how a first down is achieved. OU accepts students like that all the time from nations abroad and because our football is so awesome, they pick up the game and love it just as much as everyone else!
