Although Tulsa is the 44th most winning team in the past 100 years,
(http://football.stassen.com/cgi-bin/records/calc-wp.pl?start=1907&end=2007&rpct=30&min=5&ss=on&se=on&c1a=on&by=Win+Pct), I can't think of a time when all of Oklahoma's teams are top 25.
Anyway just thought it was interesting for Oklahoma as a state to do so well in football...
