If we win out, there's an outside chance that we could get picked as an at-large team for one of the other BCS bowls, but unless Texas loses twice the Fiesta (as well as the BCS title game) are off the table.

Interesting observation - I thought Jackson had a really good game. I recall one great play by Crosby against him that was not the product of busted coverage or poor positioning by Jackson, just a product of two good athletes fighting for the ball and one athlete winning.

Texas was 6-55 and OU was 10-73. I think you will allow that 2 of those penalties and 30 of those yards were ridiculous. I agree that the offside penalties were poor...I can accept them because of the nature of this game without concluding that OU is an undisciplined team.

I agree, we did not look like the #1 team. We got beat. It happens. There's a lot of football left to be played this season before concluding that we're going to get blown out again in a BCS game.

No need for this to dissolve into full vitriol and a finger pointing meltdown. Texas is a good team. We didn't play our best game. They played better than their best game. Overall, I remain happy with our coaches, players, and program.

it might be a few years before anybody runs the table during the regular season. i keep preaching the same thing but it's true. mizzou lost last night and lsu lost by 31 to the 10th ranked team. so basically any team that loses a game is bad. well, then isn't everyone bad then?
