Ryan Palmer a ut db claims that they have more up their sleeves for the rivalry. I personally think it is folly to try a bunch of new stuff against an offense like ours; but they seem pretty confident.

Are they going to unleash some top 50 ranked pass coverage schemes? That 93rd ranked package might get smoked on Saturday.
That's just because they can only remember 25% of it

Yeah, I am loving how impressed they are with their defense. Hell, Greg Robinson would have an unbeaten defense at this point, too.

More offensive won't do anything but confuse Colt.It also won't help the UT swiss-cheese pass D which ranks 90 something.

I am not sure how five games against inferior competition "transforms" a defense.

Yep, and I have yet to see any truly revolutionary wrinkle from any team. That and the fact that Greg Davis is still the O-coord at Texas Sucks leads me to believe that to be BS. I would place more probably on Wilson putting in a new wrinkle that the other way around...

All I have to say is that sam has completed passes to 17 different players; last week 6 players scored 7 touchdowns, Gresham and Broyles have been non factors the last 2 games, and sam still had almost 400 passing yards in both games. Muschamp has not faced many no-huddle teams in the sec, and for all of the creativity threats, in rivalry games it comes down to playmakers making plays. When we run for a 2 yard gain, and in 7 seconds are back at the line throwing a long ball to manny or iglesias, and then get back up hand the ball to murray, and then race back to the line and hit gresham on a crossing pattern for a touchdown; I believe its gonna cause sensory overload for his young players, becuase they wont have time to celebrate the 2 yard stop 4 plays earlier.
