A guy I have worked with for 25 years died this morning from a heart attack. He was just 54 years old and had no problems or warning signs. Everyone at work is in a state of shock today. Please keep his family in you thoughts and prayers.

So very sorry to hear that.

My father had the same thing happen to him, he was in good shape and everything. Remember, you be in decent shape but stress and genetics gets to you. Thankfully, he is fine now but it is an incident you would rather not have.

Please, everyone, get tested. It is always good to stay safe, get tested.
