I don't think anyone could fully take your place. Well, OK prolly about any hack with a keyboard could make poles, just not as prolifically (yup I just made up that word as far as I know) as you.

I have a counter-proposal for you.
You make a pole anytime you want.

In the meantime, you should sanction a whole passel of us to fill in when you're slacking, sleeping it off, or otherwise derelict in your doodies.
