Say we beat Texas this week 28-23. Oklahoma wins, but I lose money. Not fair to my sooners.

First, you have no idea what is being wagered on this game, at least at this time.

Second, if too much money is being placed on OU then the line will move up.

you would be correct about the edit... I see you caught yours too....

As for the rest of your post, I happen to know a few book- makers and they are telling me that the money is decidedly flowing in the direction of OU. That means the line will go up. Betting lines are like stock prices.
