Last year's Baylor team scored 21 in Norman. This Baylor offense is better so I don't think 20 is out of the question regardless of how it happens. Our kick coverage hasn't exactly been great.

Yeah, I understand that. But I think this defense is a lot better than it was last year.

Kick returns may be the only way they do it, IMO. We really need to fix that.

I don't. TCU is heads and shoulders above Baylor. If Baylor scores 20 points, 13 of them will come in the 4th quarter after OU is already on the bus to come back.

I think TCU's defense is light years better, but I don't think their offense is.

Also, we have shown a trend to play poorly on the road over the last 4 years. Granted the Washington game went wel, so hopefully this team will break that trend, but I can see why a neutral third party would predict a closer game than we expect.

I don't Cincy a ton of credit for their last TD. Of all the cosmetics TD's that have ever been scored, that has to be at the top of the list. Last play of the game. After the clock had already run out and the refs reset the clock and gave them another play.

Yeahhh... so then if Cinci really scored 19 or 20 or whatever, then why are we saying Baylor > Cinci

I'm starting to like our backup team like our starters. You know, like when you got to watch the JV team before the varsity ones back in high school. However, by that point, all they do is run on offense, so that's why I only recognize Joey and Madu

I've been a Sooner fan my entire life, but I'll be honest. There are years when I barely know all of our starters at the start of a season. Like you, I may be able to pick out a couple of back-ups (mostly because they are nickle and dime backs).

hopefully i have the right feeling about tech lighting up the awful kstate db's. and with the cats losing their rb (eventually to prison), i think tech can light em up to the tune of 38-17. i only have 50 on em so it isn't a big loss.

Last time OU played Briles- 63-13
This time- 55-21. Griffin will get some nice runs in and make it interesting for half a quarter. Think Tulsa last year.

Remember a couple years ago when we beat them in overtime? Several thousand of OUr fans - and not just students - had already left the stadium.
It was like watching a train wreck but the Sooners prevailed and avoided one of the embarassements of all time.

Baylor is a great school but it does not belong in the Big 12.
