I live in a pretty decent place. Not palatial but pretty nice for Lincoln. Rent is high enough to keep the trash out. Or so I thought. We got new neighbors a couple of months ago and it rapidly became clear that the rent was likely being paid with stacks of singles with a longitudinal fold crease.

This morning I rolled the bicycle out to pedal my *** to work, and saw this by the neighbors door....that is caulking material:

Oh, believe it or not that thing is the second most phallic government edifice. I'll take some pics of the statue in front of the County Gvt buildings. It looks like a big bronze dude holding his erect 15" ****.
