Whoever thought cutting an inch and a half off the side of the paper was a good idea was wrong.

Could be worse. The Tulsa World is raising their news stand prices to 75¢ daily & $2.00 starting October 12.

Both moves that Dallas Morning news has already made, I believe.

Also, in defense of the Oklahoman, many newspapers have limited the paper size recently. Paper and print costs have gone through the roof and cuts have to be made somewhere.

Ok, I just saw the Oklahoman... whoa. It's like I'm looking at OUr college paper or something. Have I just made like a tree and gone back in time :eek:
