TCU Tailgate

Alright boys and girls, here's what is on tap for the TCU tailgate:

Menu: Out of the goodness of his heart, Phil Sr. is going to do a whole Cuban jerk seasoned hog again. You don't want to miss the hog peoples. There'll be buns and tortillas for sammiches/burritos, and we'll be having red beans and rice, chips and queso, etc. with it. Anybody wanna help out with any other dishes that go with a hog, please feel free.

This tailgate also marks the promotion of Soonerstormchaser from butter bar to 1st Luey in the USAF. Let's make sure he gets properly likkered up on this special day.

Festivities will start somewhere around noon-thirtyish, with the food being ready somewhere around 2:30ish. With a whole hog, you never know...

I recommend dumping a few bags of cheap cat litter under the cooking contraption to catch and absorb the hog grease. srsly. I seem to recall that was a problem last time with the landlord when he drove up and noted that area of the pavement looked like the Exxon Valdez had run aground.

Oh, and chef sobriety was an issue too as I recall.:D

my camera battery ran out before the game--I only have photos of a couple of early shots. and a lot of random people. and a lot of doleo because it made him mad (always a plus)
