that's exactly right. it's science, they cut through and bring in the healthy.

you have to be careful about pepper jack, a lot of it (off Sonic topic, because what Sonic wants is something you look at funny and melts)....pepper jack is "cheese food product". real pepper jack is good. the other stuff is not so hot.

ahhhh, the power of cheese. there was local place that had some local pepper jack that was really spicy and it was great. only like 5.99 a lb., too.

I ve got a local deli that will cut it thick....If i am not attending the game, I like to hook it up with earl campbell hotlinks, melt the pepperjack over it, and then cover it all up with Selmon bbq sauce...

Oh, that would be another classic story.
We stopped at Sonic for their Ultimate Cheesy Burrito. It was so good I had 2. Adding the tots was the perfect mix. As i was finishing, I felt a strange urge. I knew I had to get to a rest room, like, right now. Still sitting in my car with the seat belt on it became apparent I was not going to make it home. I started out of the car but my door was blocked by the menu/speaker. But i had to get out. my door now has a huge dent, my neck has a huge burn from the seat belt.
