It's to be expected as Herbie even said earlier that "All the little PreSeason Games are Over NOw...it's time for some real Conference Play....blah blah blah..."

As expected, gameday show this morning has been mostly an SEC lovefest.
At least they talked about the Big 12 offenses for a bit earlier. Herbstreit gave OU some love as did Desmond Howard.

November 9: #10 Alabama at #11 LSU (This is the show that led to the net being installed behind the set. Lee Corso picked Alabama to win and LSU fans were so upset by this they responded by throwing anything they could. One person threw a golf ball at Corso but missed. The only injury that day was a GameDay crew member who suffered a minor cut. The golf ball is still retained by the LSU Athletic Department. In the end, Corso's prediction proved to be correct when Alabama won by a score of 26-0). LSU and Army are the only two teams ever to be shutout at home while hosting the show.

.....and why is the Big 12 North region stuck with ND/MSU instead of aTM/Miami is beyond me. ESPN has the 3rd ABC regional game (Va Tech/UNC) on, with the listing saying either ND/MSU or Va Tech/UNC, so ABC even blows ND fans in their out-of-coverage-area programming, but they're not even offering aTm/Miami in all the Big 12 area.

ABC/ESPN still sucks for sticking the Big 12 with the only non-HD game of the weekend for their main networks again.

Did the refs call that horse-collar tackle that KU put on Bomar or did they just blow it off? I just caught the end of Bomar's scramble toward the sidelines and it was clearly a horse-collar tackle but I didn't see these refs give KU 15 yards. I don't have the volume on the KU/SHS state game & didn't hear the announcers commentary on that play. Bomar just scored. 14-6 KU EP upcoming. D&^m Bomar looks like a LB playing QB. Unbelievable release, but he's still a gunslinger trying to thread bullets in between defenders. He was unlucky on that KU pick that bounced of the SHS receiver, but it was a heater on the slant.

I've switched to Gawja on the big screen and Awburn on the second tv, turned off the Tech game on the Sirius, they were up 35-7 in the first and my wife wasn't listening to it much anymore.

I need 4 or 5 TV's on weekends.

I need 4 or 5 TV's on weekends. I've got 4 going. Just moved a 19" JVC with rabbit ears in this afternoon to grab the regular def OTA ABC feed to monitor the UGA/ASU game. Too many to keep track of. I just dumped the Rice/Whorn game and I'm going to stick with UGA/LSU on the main, & ASU/Georgia - KU/SHS other 2.
ABC/ESPN is really sticking it to CBS and Fox this year on the football coverage. Interesting that CBS on their one SEC game chose UF/UT instead of LSU/Auburn or that CBS didn't have 2 afternoon games with one following the other. CBS sports really screwed the pooch on not having it in their contract with the SEC to have 2 primary SEC game choices if they wanted it.
