Flying back from Chicago

So I was on my way home from Atlanta yesterday and had a layover in Chicago. Well I got on my next flight into Omaha and none other than Eric Crouch sits right in front of me. I wasn't for sure it was him but they actually called his name for some reason. I didn't really say anything to him because 1. Wouldn't know what to talk about and 2. I'm one to let people live their lives instead of being hassled all the time. So I wiki his name today and find out he was drafted #3 overall for the newly formed All American Football Association by Team Texas.

Too bad I'm not a bugeater fan. I met Tommie Frazier earlier this year at a golf tournament.

I was half expecting an "and my arms are tired" joke.


Pretty cool though. (Although Troy Aikman was in my City at Boys State which I believe trumps your brush with greatness.) ;)

Man, I figured I would have received a better response from our resident 'skers. At least I can't say I spoke to (Frazier) one of the better QB's in college football history and rubbed shoulders with (Crouch) a Heisman winner.
