i think we took for granted that hartley was going to bang it into the endzone after every kickoff last year.

players are able to sprint towards the ball now after kickoffs and pluck it out of the air, mid-stride at the 5 or 10 yard line.

if anything, that is a bigger problem than our coverage.

i don't know much about football but if a guy has to back pedal to receive a kick he can't gain as much speed as quickly as a guy running towards the ball.

that would take you to the wee hours to discover? wow.
