That is what the announcers and the terrible camera crew would lead you to believe but when they finally showed the replay from the goal line camera, it was obvious that he crossed the plane on the initial surge.

During the replay, all the announcers talked about was the fact that they refs didn't blow the whistle when they should have. Their point being that OU shouldn't have scored the touchdown because the refs let the play go too long and WU defense stopped pushing.

Of course the ***-hats that are the refs should have blown the play dead a earlier when Sam actually crossed the line!
