suddenly, Okie-lite's win over WSU seems even less impressive.

Okie-lite won 39-13

Baylor is currently up 35 -14 going into the 4th, and they will probably top all of OSU's stats.

Baylor could give okie-lite a run for T-boon's money this year. :stunned:

OSU stats, full game
First downs 22
Total Yards 367
Passing 193
Rushing 174
Penalties 7-52
3rd Down Conversions 4-13
4th Down Conversions 2-2
Turnovers 1
Possession 33:06

Baylor stats, 3 quarters a game
First downs 16
Total Yards 445
Passing 129
Rushing 316
Penalties 6-53
3rd Down Conversions 2-6
4th Down Conversions 0-1
Turnovers 0
Possession 17:07

It's Washington State, if it makes a difference to you.

and still, everyone in the big 12 should beat them.

That or we should be really scared of Baylor. I mean they are gaining more yards than the undisputed Big XII wristband champions with greatest offense in the universe.

Let us remember, gentle readers, that the date change caused by FOI (Fear Of Ike) caused the WSU players to have to rise at Oh-God:30, catch a flight to Whacko, then play a game. I rather doubt they were in their best form (however mediocre that might be.) I see no diminuition of OSWhoms victory...but I HOPE they will gain in suckiness over the season, resulting in utter defeat and, yes, even humiliation, at the hands of the Sooners.
That darned Ikeophobia!

So much for that mighty Aggy defense.

Do any of the teams on their non-con have a win so far?

MikeInNorman

Houston beat a 1-AA team. Troy beat Middle Tennesee State.

Mizz. St. lost to the Ichabods of Washburn.

I think the Aggy opponent over-all record is 2-8 after today, with one win vs. D-1.

When do they finally play someone worth a damn? Gundy must be reading up on the Bill Snyder playbook when it comes to scheduling

I said after our game with WSU that the Cougs are an awful football team.

And I don't know about the Bears, but Robert Griffin is a stud. Eleven carries for 217 is a good day, even against WSU.

Damn were they really only 4-13 on third down conversions? I don't care who you are playing, that is terrible. WSU must really have an awful offense.
