I totally agree with everything you say there Badger, except the Mack Brown coddle part.

Still, some very intelligent people are very concerned for VY's state-of-mind and it would be a tragedy extending beyond mere football for him to do something terrible that could have been prevented, with the correct approach.

Could be that he needs to grow up. Could be that he has an illness. Could be both. I just find it sad that ANYONE finds themselves in such a position.

Yes, VY was a horn who sucked a LOT (except 2005) but regardless of his issues that he has, please pray for him. He is a very talented young man who needs to get his act together and I hope to God that he does. He has a VERY valuable life that I hope he lives to the fullest.
