Sometimes when I should have negged someone...I even gave them a break and used it to try to make a positive with it.

I think it will change things a little...but if someone thinks they got one past the mods on this board....they're wrong 100%.

I think we are missing the obvious problem that this is going to start. Noobs are now going to start 5 new threads on the football board, all about the same ESPN article, and we will have no way to let them no that they need to pay more attention, unless you have the time to actually post in the thread itself that there is already a thread about the topic, and they need to may more attention, but who has the time to do that?
