When you decide to broadcast a regional game. DON"T F'IN SWITCH TO WAKE FOREST/ OLE MISS. No one here planned a party around their game however people did make plans around the scheduled game.

After the OU-Iowa State game in 2002, the fans down here inundated WFAA with so many complaints that the station put OU on the 'Don't Switch' list. Since then, they've never switched away from an OU, Texas, Texas A&M, or Tech game.

I'd suggest you request of your local affiliates that they do the same.

I'm in Louisville KY, and they replaced the scheduled game (OU) with Louisville vs. an out of state high school team. No party planned, but equally unhappy! (pretty happy with the game, though)

I written emails to local affiliates before (Up in Burlington, VT) becuase they did this. IT didn't happen again.

Yeah I missed the whole 4th quarter! I thought I would get to see the end of the OU game but I think they reviewed every play in the Wake/Ole miss game. It is getting ridiculous with all the replays!

And while you're at it ABC, never EVER show a SUCC graphic in a non-SUCC game...especially an OU game.

I sent ABC and ESPN emails requesting that they let another network televise the game if they are too cheap to use HD equipment. They are the bottom feeders of sports broadcasting now.
