Oklahoma has been impressive at times, they seem to get out of sync on offense; it appears they could just run the ball down the field. cincinnati's best players are their defensive backfield and DT's; run at the DT's is the way other teams attack them.
On offense, Cincinnati misses Mauk, Grutza makes too many bad decisions and Cincy's WR's can get open, Grutza just doesn't see the 2nd or 3rd option.
Oklahoma is clearly the better team; wouldn't surprise me to see them increase their lead in the 2nd half.

Any player who is out of bounds touching a football results in a dead ball and whoever had possesion of the football last keeps it. Doesn't matter if it is an offensive or defensive player

That's what I was wondering, because I feel like I've seen plays blow up near the sidelines where the ball was touching people as they dove for it and never had possession and that rule wasn't being used.
