I may end up getting a resolution on my non-selling house in Florida after all. That sucker is targeting landfall 10 miles away!

Ike

Dude...I'm right here. I don't go around posting pictures of you on the internet. I don't sit around and try to make predictions about how much damage you are going to do next week. Do I? C'mon, have some tact.

;)

Hey Floridans...don't listen to all those Gustave evacuee dumbasses that are saying "The government overreacted, it wasn't that bad. We should have just stayed at home."

Which is it *******s? You cried for no reaction to Katrina, now too much reaction for Gustav? I guess the evacuation would have been worth it had you lost everything you owned. ****tards.

I don't know, when it runs into that water churned up by Hanna it should lose some of it's strength, and I can't see it maintaining Cat 3 status with cooler waters and passing over Cuba and the Bahamas.

Tulsa_Fireman

If Texas didn't suck so hard, there would never be a hurricane enter the Gulf.

Instead, the gigantic slurping sound you're hearing from Austin is bringing doom.

Cooler waters? Look at the date on this one. This mutha was a Cat 5 at one point and was a high 4 and packing 180+ when it slammed SC. If you look really, really, really close you can see my house through the eye. It went dead over my head.

Never has anything been more terrifying that to have 180+ mph winds blowing east to west....then stopping for :30 mins then IMMEDIATELY start again blowing the other way. Those sap-filled southern Loblolly pines just snapped off at 20 feet and flew around like they'd been weed-eated.

No, most of us didn't evacuate because Hugo was supposed to hit Jacksonville, FL and at the last minute turned due north and slammed Charleston with about 15 hours notice.

Miles and miles and miles of complete and utter suckage.

OK so this will be my first Hurricane. I am not worried about the surge...we are too far inland for that, I am scared ****less about the wind and tornados that come with the storm.

Since the stupid city of Houston dont understand or know what a frickin tornado siren is...looks like i will be up all night tomorrow watching outside and the news. I remember the F5 that went through Moore in May of 99...and living in Tornado ally for 15 years has me a little PTSD about Tornados.

fun fun...

we have plenty of water and food...so we are set...all of our insurance policies have been paid and are current...so I guess we are ready.

BRING IT ON!!!
