I think Franks is going to do something very sneaky this Saturday.

I'm anxious to see Mr. Broyles in action on punt return.

Wasn't Loadholt listed #1 last week also, but they held him out?

I'd imagine that might be the case this week again.

the key to punt returning is the football - catch and hold onto it. any dummy can be out there and turn the ball over, even a little blond chick like me. It takes a college caliber football player to catch and hold onto the football during a punt return.

You see a lot of them - and even a few at the college levels - that only think about what to do when the ball arrives. By college, return specialists should know that the most important part is the ball.

Someone said that he was only suspended for one game.

Im not sure if it was a coach, or a fan.

I know, that sucks. Maybe he will have to stick around another year.

What's up with Granger? The guy must be having other issues with the coaching staff or maybe he's not in shape, but he needs to get on 1st team. I knew that Taylor was good, but maybe he's better then I thought.

I don't think he is as good as Granger.

He was amazing last year.

That's why I thought Granger might be out of shape. I thought they were just punishing him for snagging the coat, but if he's still at #2 on Saturday then it's gotta be something else. I know they rotate so maybe they are just trying the rotation like this to see if they can spark something.

When was the last at OU that we were able to put together a Two Deep without repeating someone on the back up list of O-line or D-line?
In other words, the same player backing up both tackles, or both guards or a guard and a center.

It has been a while.

I think Stoops is just making a point, that whole Fiesta Bowl theft deal is really embarrassing to the Team and player...JMHO

I think Loadholt was just held out one game because of his drinking affair last spring... he got pulled over. I think that this is his punishment. If not, call me a monkey's uncle.
