Marinated a skirt steak for few hours, put it on the grill indirect heat with hickory smoke. Corn tortillas, homemade guac, queso, grilled onions. YUUUUUMMMY!

been smoking pork ribs for the past 5 or so hours......

and smoked a turkey breast for samiches the rest of the weekend

Attended a bassin' buddy's nuptials late AM, thence to Fox and/or Hound for Fish 'n Chips washed down with some Sterile Tortoise...er...Startled Artist...Dammit!...STELLA ARTOIS! Cheesecake with Chambord poured over it for 'zert.
Now, eatin' ice cream 'n alternating readin' the boards, listening to 'Nooga game on the 'puter and my old HS's game on the radiddleyo. (First Qtr: San Antonio MacArthur 7...Yay!, San Antonio John Marshall...Boo! 0)
