New timing rules

If the early games are any indication I'm going to love the new timing rules. These games are just moving right along.

I think it's a horrible idea, it skews all the possible records and achievements now by shortening the game. Stupid and moronic idea, I mean, who said the lengths of the games were a problem. I know a easy fix, take away a couple of TV timeouts. ;)
