no home cure bro. carry that pup to the vet and he'll give you some carp to squirt in there twice a day that will take care of those critters. Them floppy eared dogs are more prone, but if you refrigerate the stuff, it'll keep a couple years.

You might try a couple drops of no. 10 stove oil or kerosene.

you might want to see a doctor, that could be an STD not an ear infection.

Oh hell, you're talking about a dog. My bad.

Ivermectin will do the trick. Same med as is in the heart worm pills but a higher dose.

You have to dose it carefully by weight though. Needs to be an escalating dose until you get to therapeutic levels. You need to see a vet.

Our Vet (note OleVet, but Veterinarian :)) told us to use vegetable oil. He said to drop a couple of drops in his ears and massage the ear while holding his head still. It seems the oil suffocates the mites. It wasn't as effective as the medicine we ultimately used, but it improved it for sure.

This is of course assuming that it is mites.

If it is an ear infection of some sort, I am short on suggestions. Sorry your dog is having trouble.

There is nothing quite as sad as a sick weenie.
