Yeah, they ditched the GuyMo era green helmets. I think they also changed the pants, but I haven't seen them yet.

i think they backed off it. they are trying to "re-brand" the university for a national audience (not just sports)....and some talk about replacing the BU logo with "Baylor"...as i recall.

that said, the green helmet are vastly inferior to the gold ones.

This should be a good game. I like the setup for this game. WF is ranked and Baylor and its new coach desparately need that credibility.

I don't know. But, I do remember the bear at Owen field drinking Dr. Pepper. I think his name was Judge.

Anyway, those are Dr. Pepper drinking bears. That may be a separate species, like the care bears. There are the religious bears and the color coordinated bear and the Kool-aid bears and the we-are-better-than-SMU-and-TCU bears. My favorites of all are the we-hate-ATM bears.

I'm just hoping those bears show up.
