yeah... because you're subject to federal regulations :D

...actually, i am not sure if any part of oklahoma is subject to that crap yet. that's why tulsa county has ozone alerts, to hopefully deter people from polluting activities for at least a day

Having ozone alerts doesn't have anything to do with whether or not you're a major violator or whatever they call it. We don't have gas pump nozzle hoodies that recycle fumes around here, so we're haven't reached major violator status yet. (Never mind that it seems like good idea whether or not it's required.)

It's all voluntary right now, just asking people to adjust their behaviors to leave less of carbon footprint or whatever. However, seeing how we've been in violation SEVEN TIMES this year, we are not too far away from regulation spamation.

77 here in beautiful St. Clairsville, Ohio under mostly sunny skies and an absolute pleasant and gorgeous day. I should be golfing, not working.

And we are waiting for Tropical Depression Fay to hit us tomorrow.

And maybe Gustav will stop in for a bit next week. That remains to be seen.

Trying to decide if this was a joke, but either way not possible...When Humidity = 100%, that is the point at which the Dew Point and Ambient Air Temp are the same...
